Holiday Thoughts

Don't know what to do with your time?
1. Find a good book that interests you. Don't forget to check the level first, to make sure it's something you can read.
2. We will continue the study of body systems in January. The digestive system is next. You could check out some sites or books over the holiday. Exploration is our next social studies unit. You could look for some interesting information about why people explored other lands.
3. In math we will complete and review the geometry before our unit test.
4. Make a holiday journal and record your thoughts for the days that interest you.
5. Do you like to write? You could work on creating a short story. Practice character development, plot, setting, and conclusion.
6. Do you have some handwriting to practice?
7. Maybe you could work on some Accelerated Math.
